Physical Products

Our refund policy for physical products is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We require photographic proof of the damage and your order ID to process your claim.

If your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following options: A free replacement or a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defect, including if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

You are not required to return the damaged item if your claim is approved. Once a replacement is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for handling and shipping, subject to our standard shipping policy and delivery time frames.

In the event your order is lost during transit, we will issue a refund for the product price, excluding shipping and any additional charges.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it enters our production queue. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the production process begins.

We recommend reviewing your order details, including the items, quantities, and shipping information, before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
