Shipping Options and Delivery Costs
When proceeding through checkout, you will be shown the available shipping options. Shipping rates will be displayed before you finalize your purchase. The cost will vary based on the item ordered, quantity, and your delivery location. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Items are produced through our production partners based in USA and Mexico, and dispatched from these locations.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times can vary, but for addresses within the United States, please allow up to seven business days from the order date. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
For international shipments, we estimate a delivery time of approximately 14 business days from the date of purchase. Rural destinations may experience extended timeframes. These estimates are provided as general guidance and can fluctuate depending on location and seasonal shipping volumes.
While we make every effort to process, produce, and dispatch your order promptly, we are not responsible for any delays encountered during transit.
Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Please double-check your shipping details, as we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges. As these fees vary by country, we are unable to estimate them in advance.
Tracking Your Order
